Ive been a T Nation lurker for a while and just created an account to tell you that your posts are reminiscent of that of a 14 yo girl on myspace. You appear to have such an ego, that youre posing in a manner that doesnt really reflect any muscle development (other than a possibly photoshopped looking arm), while you pull down your loose belly fat with your right hand.

Usually, the goal of ppl posting on here is to acquire objective criticism, so they can continue to improve their physiques. However, you have decided to use body angles, lighting, and the shading tool on photoshop to hide your deficiencies. As a result, it’s pretty obvious that youre still suffering from “fatkid syndrome” and you desperately need the approval of complete strangers to fulfill your ego or overcome insecurities.

If you are actually seeking training (not life) advice, I apologize. Tho, if that’s the case, consider dropping your ego and post a front shot without tricky angles, editing or lighting. Objectively, your chest, lats, and traps all need work.

Good luck![/quote]

gold haha. someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed LOL

btw great job OP!

That said, I do think his advice was pretty accurate. I found the lats to be noticeably lagging. This isn’t to detract from your accomplishment. Never been fat, but I’m sure that fixing it wasn’t easy, and involved a hell of a lifestyle change.

Also, solid arms, but where’s the wheels?

Thanks, i know i have things to work on as i am still doing… It was a huge life changer for me… Lol not sure what you mean by where are the wheels?

Wheels = leg shots (I think it used to be or still is…(not really sure) a requirement for posting in one of the photo threads.

I don’t think that would be called for with this kind of thread though!

Nice progress, you started off 15lbs heavier than me almost and weigh the same now!

here are some leg pics of me currently… I dont have any when i was at my heaviest as i never thought to take any… Thighs are 23.5 inches and calf is 17 inches

thigh pic

hulk flex

Not too shabby there. Haha normally when people don’t include leg shots, it’s because their legs suck. But you get a solid 7 from me because that’s a pretty extreme transformation. You’re definitely on the right track.

Thank you… I working at it slowly but surely… I get fat % done every 3-4 months… And it’s always going down… I’m making progress.

Congrads on the new you! Just keep it up; it’s a way of life from here on out. BTW, ball to anyone who puts their pic.s up here. You really put yourself out there for the jackass to shoot at.

coyotegal,
You got it right!

just showing a update. I think im around 13% body fat now

another picture

That’s a great transformation. It’s too bad the stretch marks are still there, but they do serve to show how far you’ve come.

I wish they would have went away, but o well I guess. They did fad though. They used to be really dark.

Little update. Arms and shoulders are started to get pretty lean

Great work. Ignore the wise-arses, this is the Rate My Physique Photos forum is it not! So pose and post what you want. I am 2.5 years into my life-style change, and would be interested to know what a typical training week would be for you. Cheers and keep it up.

Monday:Chest/triceps/shoulders Tuesday: Legs Wednesday: Back/biceps/forearms Repeat Sunday off. I lift heavy. I typically do 5-7 sets in the 3-5 rep range. I try to do a lot of compound exercise such as dead lifts, squats, etc… I don’t take any supplements either. I Try to eat something 30min prier to lifting. Depending on when I get home after lifting I eat something.

I laugh at the guys that down there protein shake as soon as their done lifting. I try to consume around 180g of protein a day all coming from food. Some days I don’t get that much.
