13 Weeks Post Cycle, Bloodwork Advice

Hi guys, I (25YO male) ran a 500mg/week Test E cycle 13 weeks back. Finished with a 40/40/20/20 nolva PCT and had some bloods done to see where i’m at. I noticed a bit of gyno during and after pct, despite taking nolva.

Testosterone: 40.9 nmol/L Reference Range: 8.0 - 27.8
Free Testosterone: 954pmol/L Reference Range: 200 - 600
SHBG: 38nmol/L Reference Range: 10 - 70
Oestradiol: 168pmol/L Reference Range: <150
Prolactin: 71mIU/L Reference Range: 45 - 375

So my E2 is sky high and i’ll be taking some Arimidex to help with that, would 0.5mg EOD for 3 weeks be about right? Looking for your input here.

Why is my testosterone above range? Isn’t 13 weeks enough for the Test E to drop out my system completely? Or am i just above range as a natty?

Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Post up your pre cycle labs.

Unfortunately lost my pre-cycle blood results to a bushfire a few weeks ago. Cant really remember the details, but I know i didn’t have a testosterone test.

Because genetics/lifestyle…

You’re E2 isn’t sky high, it’s in perfect proportion comparative to you’re TT/FT

If you truly have fully developed gyno, as in excess growth of mammary tissue, then I doubt an AI will be of much help

It appears that the Test E has not cleared your system. Get your LH tested. You’ll know it hasn’t cleared if your LH is very low or even 0.

Were you testing on-cycle? Your E2 was probably completely out of control, hence the gyno.

Mmmmmm no it wasn’t, op said his gyno appeared during and after PCT, his current hormonal status is

Everything is perfectly within proportion comparative to where it should be with these numbers… don’t say “but E is above range”… because so is T/FT and all are only marginally so
