125 Pounds Lost in 6 Months and Maintaining!

THANX! did not start watchin football yet… went on 4.5 mile run instead!!! first time working out in 2weeks, with back feeling ok. bout 85% is what i was feelin and how i was going… is better than not doing at all! subway double turkey footlong for lunch… ha picked up on my run!

dusting off cobwebs… stretching what is tight… hehehe, of course i mean i got started up again and ran 4 miles today… after almost a month off due to back injury… feeling 100% of what i got… so bring it once again!

yeeehaaaw! 5miles on the road this am… feels awesome to GO again… gettin chilly tho!

got 5miles done so far this am… feeling good but, i really, seriously, need to be thinking about getting onto a supplement program and into the D@mn GYM!!

any good suggestions or pointers for getting in some killer upper body routines??

thanks as always… anyone can do this… we all just need to stand up and GOOO!!! my frequent posts are not meant as a log but just to share and inspire… apparently am doing that as my little newbie forum here has just under 6000 views in 3months!! I am always grateful to have any platform to tell my story, and help others get moving. Especially one that does such a great job in reaching people and staying current, like our own TNation!

hehe, another 5miles ran this morning as I continue breaking back into routine… the Zappos marathon is next weekend and I dont believe I am recovered enough to make an attempt. I had been in serious training for over a month before injuring my back. I would have very much liked to have given it a shot… but not at expense of further injuring myself.

Hope no one ate too much this weekend and back to the grind in the morning…

8 miles yesterday…5miles this am… tricked myself back into routine and feeling great… shin splints and any other usual muscle soreness is done. feeling great!

altho i certainly helped my genetics along… so I have been off for awhile… just lost really. work is slow and have not been able to get into a gym. I attended an expo for the Las Vegas RocknRoll marathon… was an awesome experience but made me feel DUMB for not doing anything along the way with my story… and still have no idea what i wanna do… just keep running… just keep running.

So this morning for the first time in…well, awhile…5MILES! was good to be able to jump back in… and got it out of the way early so that if i do another workout…is just gravy… thanks all and check out my new footage of the marathon… HAPPY HOLIDAYS to all and be safe!

if you didnt have loose skin(if any), did you have any stretch marks? with all the work you have done and
the results produced is really good may not get rid of the marks and may require cosmetic surgery, kate
gossilin had major stretch marks like the grand canyon ridges and all. with her workouts got a really
nice body despite the 5 ft round belly from the multi-birth, and she kept her stretch marks.

sumtimes the right lotion and sum suntan… tho yes my abdomen is a weakpoint still. 5miles ran today. going strong an feelin the need to kick it into overdrive again.

hmmm, thanx for having my back site!! have finally(almost) finished relocating to Jacksonville FLA… to continue my ultimate pursuit for life… look for new content coming from the BEACH!!! Lots more water than desert for awhile… surf an sun fun!! that being said… check out my footage of some folks rappelling at Red Rock Canyon… Mission Impossible style!!!
