125 Pounds Lost in 6 Months and Maintaining!

You’re a pro bodybuilder from the ankle to the knee cap, yeaaa boiiii!

Awesome progression as far as the weight loss is concerned.

Your calves are nice, really, but…

Watching these videos… especially the 2nd one… make me feel like I was watching one of these “muscle adoration” video posted on youtube for so many gay men to watch… I didnt realize at first but than it struck me… halfway thru 2nd video…

haha, yea i slowly got that realization too… truly is just pride in what i have done, and doing. Always looking for suggestions for new content! just want to tell my story and motivate and inspire! buuuut anytime you wanna jump out of the closet, feel free to!

ha, from ankle to kneecap…was never looking to be bodybuilder, just wanted to be skinny!

4miles ran yesterday… crossed bridge three times. just adding some incline to my day! Today am not sure which workout to do, but I know one thing… I will go FASTER!

Ever do intervals, like sprinting 100 yards following by 2-3 mins of a fast walk and repeat, or just long distance running?

Wow, that’s crazy! Awesome and congrats!

Thanks for the recognition… yes plenty off interval training mixed in as well. With such a full schedule of workouts, def had to switch up pace and style. The distance I go is just for duration, unless it’s a speedy day!

you have some crazy calves bro nice transformation

thanks again! a nice ez lazy day off…gotta take em once in awhile!

WHOA!!! too much time of the 'net!! computer was busted but OK now! Back to the grind!

4miles walked on the strip… 16mile bike ride…still rollin strong!

Anyone else feel that chill in the air?? Yikes… time to find an indoor track!

ooooh yeea!!! 14mile bike ride…tho the world is just passing by, im still here.

daamn, threw out my back… waiting to stabilize, another day or so… grrrr

feeling better…awesome Interval Run this morning…5miles! on ur marks… get set…

Do you even lift weights?

WOW Not at all any problem with loss skin…and have answered that question before, and in other forums… I have a very flat stomach… I have chosen to do my workouts in my own manner, and in a way that I was comfortable enough with… to continue to do them daily, and have maintained my weight for over a year and a half…+/- 10 lbs, mostly plus!
I have never been comfortable with myself ‘topless’ and continue to feel that fear. I do not have the ‘rocking six pack abs’ that most strive for, or the gorilla guns biceps… BUT IM NOT FAT ANYMORE!! WOOHOO FOR ME!!!
Odd… no one is forced to click me…but you keep doin it and I thank you!

Had a relapse of an old back injury last week and have been pretty laid up… got back up and on it today and did an awesome 20 mile bike ride with a 2000 foot increase in elevation… was doing a lot of stretching in my down time and watching my diet…haaaahaaahahaa… ok some sarcasm for ya’ but did still manage to maintain my weight while attending some pigout buffet sessions in the last week… to each his/her own! Have an awesome day! Good to be back!

Is this^ your answer to the above question? I am just curious.

If you don’t want to lift that is fine you look great compared to your before shots.

Good work man, very inspirational dedication and results! Time to pack on some more of the GOOD mass. Best of luck
