Kid is strong. Kinda jerked the bar off the floor though. Has tons of potential. Started my son with the weights this summer and he is pulling 175 x 5 at 160lbs 14yo. This kid is 12…strong. Pretty cool.

I went to school with a couple of kids that grew up on farms, their spine is fine.
And they did a hell of a lot more more than pull a 315lbs single.
I think the human body is a lot more durable than most people think.
