Hello, I’m 20 years old and currently weigh between 196-202 at 5’8 and a half. I’m around 10-15% body fat. Don’t really know but a few abs pop if I haven’t eaten or drank too much. I have been lifting for 6-7 years and played football in high school. I would consider myself a pretty experienced lifter with a 325 bench press, around 550-570 squat, 530-545 deadlift, 245 power clean and jerk, and 185 snatch. I don’t do the Olympic lifts to often. I focus on powerlifting and that is why I plan on taking the steroid , for strength. I don’t care to much for size even though it will come. My diet isn’t perfect but it is pretty nice, I take in lots of protein with balanced carbs and fat. I have nolvadex and clomid set aside for my pct and I was planning on taking 400 mg of test a week…
