Note on this training week (even though it’s in the middle of the week and this is a week later because I got behind):

The wife was able to come out for a conjugal visit, so there was no after dinner treadmill walking (got my conditioning in a different way :wink: Still got my main workouts for the week in, just skipped arms day because I was more interested in sleeping in next to her and we had stuff to do that day - climbed Diamondhead, and then drove up and around the east side of the island to North Shore. Also skipped conditioning day (for the same reason), so that is why two days are missing in the middle. She flew home on Thursday, so Friday was easy to jump back in it.

Trained at a different gym again today, one I’ve never been to before. Fairly cramped like just about every old school base gym I’ve ever been in, machines packed in as close as safely possible. That allowed me to do rows with the 80s instead of 70s, since we only go up to 70s on the ship. Also trying something different instead of Incline DB pressing, doing a similar movement, except in the cable stack so it’s a combo of a press and the end position of a fly. Hoping that might put more focus on the clavicular and sternal portions of the pecs.

Hi, its nice all this log you doing but i would really like to know how primo is. I know nearly no sides
But does it still give good gains although slow
Strength gains?
Is there any detail you can give more
I want to start a test primo cycle as well
I am on T for HRT 160mg a week
Want to do 200mg Tcyp and 300mg primo per week

I kind of dropped the log because it was looking more like a workout log than a cycle log. I finished the primo a little over a week ago, and have decided to stay on test e at TRT levels for the foreseeable future.

I ended up at 220, but I would guess my BF is above 15%. Even at the higher dose of Primo I was running, I put on some size but really don’t feel like I hardened up much (maybe a little). My wife thought I looked good when she saw me about 2/3 through the cycle, but then she’s not a big fan of the ripped look. I have slightly visible abs, which is why I say I haven’t hardened up much.

As far as using primo (with the low dose of test), I didn’t notice any crazy strength gain. I got stronger, but it was steady and progressive, following the program I was on (Juggernaut). Nothing like when I was on tren or even the sust/deca cycle I did 16 years ago. But then, I wasn’t expecting there would be a huge difference - it’s not something I’ve ever heard about primo. I have heard a primo/anavar cycle is great for lean, keepable gains with a good bump in strength from the var, but I haven’t done that one yet (it would be stupid expensive).

No side effects to speak of, aside from some lower back pumps (nothing as bad as tbol though - tbol was crippling, with this I was able to keep training). Slight PIP early in the cycle, but after several injections it mostly went away. Saw some light acne on the chest, but if I hit it early with the apricot scrub (has an acne formula in it as well) it wouldn’t go full blown and would clear up within a day or two.

I chose to do the cycle out here on deployment because I had very little distractions from training - it was damn near eat lift and sleep, since my job is so sedentary. If I do primo again, I will probably do it at home so I can control my diet better and lean out. If I spend that kind of money again, I will also do the Labmax test, to make sure it’s legit. Or I’ll just get the pharm grade stuff from Turkey (meaning more money). My plans for my next cycle(s) is to stock up on either caber or prami and do a short tren cycle with my TRT test dose - may also try cardarine since I’ve heard it helps negate the cardio effects of tren.

Overall, it’s a good mild steroid so even at the higher dose it won’t be mind blowing.

My only worry with our age in mid 40s is to have
Rwd blood cell count too high as it can be dangerous
For clotting
Did you do bloodwork like that or not
Any effects, i doubt if will be a problem
So you think you fid gain extra muscle mass
And did loose some body fat while on primo

Haven’t done any bloodwork, but I plan on doing some in a couple weeks when I get home. The online labs don’t have any affiliates where I am to do the actual draw, so right now I’m SOL.

Definitely gained some muscle. Didn’t lean down like I thought I would, but in areas where I am lean (basically everywhere but the midsection) I got veinier - but not crazily so.
