Update: I just returned from a camping/x country ski trip yesterday and looked more dry then I have been so I figured it was a good opportunity to snap a few shots.

For about 10 weeks out, I think you’re in a good place. Sure we can go bodypart by bodypart telling you what you should work on after the show, but for now, I’d say that all in all you have a fairly good degree of balance in your physique.

So long as you’re making steady progress each week, I’m thinking you’ll come in tight and defined. I wouldn’t put too much stock in dehydrating or drying out making a world of difference though. Those terms get thrown around too much by people who haven’t competed, or really don’t understand what’s possible with the process.
