That sounds great. Not hung up on numbers. But…what were they before 100 a week? Not saying anyone is wrong. But if my total was 75. And 3 months later its 350. And i still feel like crap. Then i need more. Feeling better is the goal. But it is really a good idea to see how you feel at what dose and what level that puts you at imo. It makes making adjustments make more sense instead of guessing at it. But! Those adjustments may be different person to person. If numbers didn’t matter then the dr wouldnt check your levels. Again JUST MY THOUGHTS
I have questions…
Whats your diet like.
Additional stress’s… work lack of sleep things like that.
Whats your general fitness level
Age ?
Yeah it’s all pretty personal. It took me a year to get myself dialed in. I tried different dosages, intramuscular, subq, etc. I now go MWF. 30,30,40 for a total of a hundred a week.
Diet cleaner than it’s ever been while not perfect. Work…i have it made for the first time in my life. Not physical though, i drive a truck about 6 hours a day. Sleep is good. 5’9" 220lb. Current Bench max 325. Gym Monday Wednesday friday and hit it hard. Age 41
290 and 340 on two seperate tests. My FSH and LH were abnornally low also. I got an MRI of my head to see if there was a pituitary injury, and I had none. So I was diagnosed with idiopathic hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism.
I agree.
Of course people want to have a sense of well-being. An issue can arise when men desire euphoric feelings from supraphysiological T values or attribute ordinary ailments we commonly feel here and there to supposedly undesirable T values (eg, feeling tired, moody) or expect plain old TRT to rid them of these ailments (eg, “It’s been three months and I don’t feel anything”) or do something special.
I don’t care how much T others take. I just don’t believe people can feel changes in function or well-being by changes of T values in the mid-to-high-normal range (500 to 1000) or that there is some magic sweet spot.
TRT does nothing special. It simply restores normal function. But some men aren’t satisfied with that. They want abnormal muscular gain.
Thanks. I just want result’s. Yes results in the gym. But also results on a daily basis. Instead of feeling drained 24/7. Almost like having mono. Just no drive and no energy. Sexual function is fine. Other than libido. If its past 9pm id rather just go to bed lol. Ill admit its hard not to compare trt to how i felt blasting 500mg. But i try not to compare.
This. I absolutely feel better on 100mg test cyp (total weekly) but I still feel like an old Christmas tree thrown to the roadside most days.
Why? I drank too much throughout my 20’s-30’s and treated my body like a damn crash test dummy. But I still am subjectively “better off” than pre-TRT.
I’m still pine for the measly 120 mg I started with🤣. I’m a high responder.
I understand. I felt awful at subnormal levels.
That’s what Dan Duchaine recommending for beginning steroid users.
41…and yeah maybe i feel how im suppose to feel. But i definitely dont like it lol. I wanna like how I feel. If this is 41 then im gonna have to bump it up. 500mg i felt 21. That was a bit dangerous as a married man lol. But surely ill find a happy medium in there somewhere
Yep…that was me about a year ago. First time ever pinning. I had only dabbled with an oral here an there before then. But 500 pinned 3 times a week my energy was excellent. Along with recovery. Idk if im a slow responder or what. Ive eaten more and worked harder than most at the gym. And they will totally transform. Not me. And we were all getting it from the same place. May not be the place to say this but im considering adding to my trt, dbol for 4 weeks, then winny or anavar for 4 weeks before vacation. Still trying to pinpoint dosage. Also…after vacation i have bloodwork. Dont want my total and free being elevated and screwing myself out of trt
Wait pinned 3 times for a total of 500 or 500 x 3 a week?
Total of 500 lol
This is a good number.
