should i be getting more than roughly three and a half 100 mg (.5) doses from each test cypionate vile labeled 200/ml ,“1ml single dose vile”?

No sir. The vials each contain 200mg since the concentration is 200mg/ml and each vial contains a 1ml volume. That would be (2) 100mg doses at .5ml per vial.
