Hi there, I recently made a post asking about the BB the Upper/Athlete the Lower program in 5/3/1 Forever, but now I found the 1000% Awesome program which also seems to fit my goals. I’m torn about which program should I pick as I am an athlete but I don’t get four days a week to train which is suggested it in the BB the Upper/Athlete the Lower program. I also want to do Olympic lifts such as power cleans and high pulls as well so I’m just wondering about how to it how to implement those into whichever program I choose. Thank you in advance.
