10 Weeks Into Cut, Making Adjustments. Tips?

Probably about exercising those metabolic pathways. I suspect adaptation to most types of stressors would occur, over time, even on a zero carb diet. I have been surprised how well I have been adapting to glycolytic activity, namely intervals, which I haven’t done in earnest for a long time.

Other observations:

  • I have also been training for some time using lactate-inducing exercises such as sled dragging. Again, no significant impact on near zero carbs.
  • Related to that, noticeable pump (and vascularity). Sometimes feels as though I’ve taken my pre-workout and HBCD.
  • Improved aerobic performance. No surprise with that one.
