10 Reps For Mass?

Been doing EDT for about 6 weeks w/some nice strength gains but not much size due in fact that i certainly do not eat enough and trying to fix that, 44yrs old constantly on the move due to job no cardio at all and still pretty skinny rt now 160lbs and increased protein intake this past monday, plus added 16oz of milk w/2 scoops of protein rt before bed

Poliquin also talks about the different muscles needs different rep ranges for either strength or size. . .
