He looks better than the majority of the population and has done a great transformation. Im strictly talking about physique. I really dont know why criticism in a rate your physiques section bothers you so much. Anyways have a good day
Just to let you know Bhappy a 5 is good definition and ok muscle size so that is a good rating to me.

I just popped in to say good job…that is quite the transformation in such a short amount of time. Your hard work and dedication is paying dividends.
I also wanted to say thanks for the Serge article. I just started lifting again and I am using that routine modified a little due to the equipment I have. The volume is insane and I’m loving it.
