You might be right, but iād have to go back and check last August. Thatās the kind of terrible planning that fits my personality quite well.
Something about your lady signing you up to some kind of weighted pelvic thrusting competition where you had to do 20 million thrusts in a month.

I saw the screen name a little while ago and was curious if it was legit. Exciting times indeed.
I saw it and assumed that, if it was real, there would have been more fuss made but the pictures seem to make it pretty believable.

Not a great session, but not a disaster. Iāve done a total of zero swings, mostly because itās been a long, long day, but also because i fully anticipate being able to get a butt load in tomorrow.
What have you seen that I have not. Having DJ back on here would be so awesome.

- Doing a 24 hour fast today, which has been mostly fine, but this last hour before food has been awful.

Lattice flexibility training circuit 1:
3 x 6 weighted tailor poses
3 x 6 prying goblet squats
3 x 6 fire hydrants
Upper body foam rolling and mobility inbetween.
Notes:
- Flexibility isnāt a weakness yet, because iām still climbing at a fairly low level, but itās far from being a strength so worth investing 1-2 short sessions a week to it.

Woke up at 3:30 this morning with shooting pains from my back. Not ideal. Spent my gym time rolling around on the floor with a foam roller and downing painkillers so i could carry in with my day as normal. Will call it there for today and reassess tomorrow.
