Watched something on Easy Strength for fat loss last night and that looks like a better set up for my goals. Those deficit SLDLs are definitely not a great call for an early morning session. Will change equipment around for the new set up before next session.

50min interval run, while answering phone calls. Pushed really fucking hard on these due to time constraints having to pick little man up. Way above what the program calls for.

25mins walk, interrupted because a workman was coming round, which i was relieved by because it was pissing down and miserable. There’s a reason the person who plans 45min walks everyday lives in Utah, not Blighty

Full disclosure, i don’t 100% know where Utah is. If you showed me a map of the states, i’d probably manage to pick the right country. Some of my favourite fitnessers live in Utah though, so i figure it must be a pretty awesome place.
