@Cyrrex I was pretty sure 72.5kg was there, but Iāve been surprised by these things before. I was surprised how easy it was, and surprised by the 75kg, as grindy as it was. It was definitely pushing up the Simo scale. It also seemed to slow closer to lock put than normal as well, so some direct triceps work might be in order.

Amazing work getting here, Iām chasing you now! I would suggest a race to 80kg but I think youāll hit it after some Christmas feeding!
It took me aboutba year to add that 5kg, so maybe next yearās Christmas feeding will do the trick.
Mine is about the only lift Iām consistently training for, so itās about time.

Whatās up here?
My families been struggling for a few weeks (8 actually, but whoās counting) with some pretty serious hacking coughs. Apart from affecting sleep and the endless CoVid tests, it hasnāt caused much issues until Boxing Day when me and the missus started throwing up with the coughing. Vomit has pretty much gone now, hence the training this morning. The coughs definitely havenāt gone though.
Ouch. Sorry about that friend.
