Mine are sore there as well, no doubt from 100 rows and 20 power cleans yesterday. It’s a middle age thing for sure.
I was meant to do Cleans today, but I didn’t want to be doing too much dynamic work on sore tendons. It’s the Sandbag carries that do it for me. Also, the decades of no direct bicep work.
Good chance it’s the picking UP the sandbag doing it. I tend to row it into my lap, which tears up my arms
I am assuming that was cluster work. If it was a single set, then my Nice Work changes to Damn Son.
It was done across a few sets, none very close to failure. I usually do 3 singles by way of warm-up, a couple of doubles and a triple. Usually wrapped up in considerably under 10mins, depending how long my neck is taking to loosen up and stop hurting that day.
