I’m in terrible shape, especially the running and pull ups. Push ups were easy, squats weren’t terrible, that last run is awful, just awful. If this doesn’t flush some blood into my legs, I don’t know what will.
Press extremely disappointing today. I should be able to press that amount, not push press it. Fatigue definitely a factor here, feeling very beat up.
Legs aren’t functioning very well today. I had deadlifts and squats slated here, but that didn’t seem very productive. Bit of a shame because I’m meant to be doing a charity sweepstake with some colleagues on who can get the most steps in a day so I was planning to push the envelope here and get up into the 30k ballpark but I don’t see much chance of getting that done today.
Going to push calories up a bit and try and recover, definitely feeling beaten up this last week. Its starting to get to the point where I’m walking in the gym and struggling to find stuff that’s appropriately recovered enough to train. More calories needed.
