T-ransformation week 9: 196.2lbs, -3.4lbs lost, that the kind of thing you were looking for @caesium32 ?Diet was back where it should be, felt good to hit the āIāve been compliantā button on CarbonDiet again, on a fairly tough week. Even found myself ācheatingā by not using all my carbs allowance most days.
Training wise: 2 lifting sessions, 1 run, all daily work and a few extra bits done. Mostly crammed into the first part of the week when I knew time and recovery would allow. I anticipate another difficult week this week so the aim will be to be able to press the ācompliantā button at the end of the week and train when I can. Right, time to go meal plan some food that wonāt make me sad.
