Solid, Dan John would approve of your habits I’m sure.
Trying to make it a habit, certainly. Will certainly be easier once I pick up my new car. Cuts out a whole lot of disruption and commuting time.
Given how much he quoted dan John, how can you be sure is ISN’T dan John ![]()
Work for today:
5 x 15 swings 24kg
Still waiting for that photo!
I did swings for a couple days, hoping the meaning of “arvo” would spontaneously occur to me. It didn’t so I stopped doing the swings.
@Bagsy I’ll get there. Busy week this week picking up the new chariot and finding a new home for the cat, so time has been limited.
@jdm135 keep doing the swings, talk to more aussies. Especially in the afternoon.

@anna_5588 The split squats are unweighted, so slightly burney, but not terrible. A chance to get a bit of extra volume on the quads, almost pre-exhaust style.
@Bagsy not quite a GHR on inspection in the light. Not 100% sure how you use it to be honest.
Work for this arvo:
Couch to 5k, W5D1:
Use that and you will only think the power tower was rough on the family jewels ![]()
That looks like a roman chair
With the way it’s set up, it would best be used for sit ups. You COULD do some back extensions on it, depending on body length.
I’ve always thought a Roman Chair was one of those back pads on the back of power towers to do leg raises on, no?
Either way, I’ve got no real intention to use it for anything, it was just an interesting design for what is essentially a kids park.
That just sounds like a power tower to me.
You get some that aren’t on power towers, essentially just a back pad and two horizontals to rest your arms on. I’ve always considered those Roman Chairs
I don’t know what to tell you, haha.
This was my understanding of them too.
Yea mine too, however a quick Google tells me pwn is in fact correct here.
I am with PWN. That’s what I have always seen described as Roman Chair
The back rest and elbow supports are on the “Captain’s Chair.”
Yeah, I wouldn’t want to try doing GHRs on that.
