Nope, not even close. I might have a single at 150 in me, if Iām lucky. 20 rep sets and singles are a very different skillset.
Thereās a few reasons: Iām a long way away from a time when Iāll need to care about my 1RM strength, I wonāt be testing until Christmas. Also, I donāt have any safeties at home, Iām squatting out of a very cheap, 8 year old squat stand.

Ahh I see. Yeah, safeties are a big factor lol. I donāt know how others get to dump the bar backwards and do that mini hop forwards when they need to ditch the bar. Itās amazing when I see it. I have a tendency to fall forward and dump the bar forward when I fail probs because low bar

Fully understand the reps vs singles thing. I can do reps for days, but singles are no bueno. Just different strengths.
