10 Miles Back Again

You forgot secret option 4 - tren.

Yesterday I got halfway through drinking my coffee before I realised I’d forgotten to put any coffee in it. I’m not smart enough to run gear.

Haha is that genuine?! How weak is your coffee if you can get past a single sip without noticing?

But on the flip side my reading in the pharma section has me thinking that if the above is true then you’re bang smack where you need to be intelligence wise for a run on gear, start light, 2g tren per week.

Full disclosure: my ā€œcoffeeā€ is largely warm milk at the best of times. I use a small-ish spoon of instant coffee in a whole mug of milk, so it’s really more warm milk than anything.

I’ve heard tren will sort that out for you, have you drinking proper coffee in no time.

I’m fairly happy with my current coffee, until some bad person tells me that a cup of milk with sugar in every morning is having a detrimental effect on my physique.

We need to call the police. Dagill’s account has been taken over by an 80 year-old lady.

That would certainly explain my lifts, for sure.

Okay , I’m calling the police. This is clearly a ploy by bob to divert attention away from his domestic abuse- obstruction of justice

Bob’s a big boy, and perfectly capable of creating an account here and defending himself.

I also am for calling the police. Just because that’s a disgusting violation against coffee.
I don’t know any English cops, so I’m once again calling @mortdk in for this.

Leave that job to the italians @samul
Germans get the right to call out beer, sausages and turkish food :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

There’s probably a law against whatever dagill is doing in Italy.

Just as we have pretty strict laws about our beer.

Just be glad he didn’t commit a crime against Vodka in (name Eastern European country).
If the secret police don’t catch it, someone will report

That’s not coffee. That’s milk. If I were you and trying to lose any weight then that drink would be the first to go. Black coffee doesn’t count as calories and it has caffeine.

I used to drink my coffee like that for years, and yeah @Frank_C is spot on.

At first I thought, ā€œhow did @dagill2 not realize there was no liquid in his cup?ā€

@aldebaran @Frank_C did I not mention the bad person bit? It’s definitely a habit that I need to shake. It’s by far and away the biggest flaw in my diet, I just gloss over it a lot because I can still convince myself it’s not doing much damage. Milk is good right? And one teaspoon of sugar can’t do that much damage, surely? Nutrition is not my strong point.

Not that much. 30 cl of fat-free milk is 100 calories, a teaspoon of sugar, not that much… But what if you drink multiple coffee? And then, it’s 100 non-satiating calories. Maybe start with stevia or whatever?

Myfitnesspal brings it out to 136cals, and about 15g sugar (which is probably on the high side, I don’t use the whole spoonful).
