Notes:
- Press 1RM has snuck up again a little. If I genuinely believed it to be accurate (which I don’t), its gaining by about 1kg a week, which is exactly where I need it to be.
- Too lazy to set up the Z-press and Trap bar press today so just did straight sets of plain pressing.
- Been a long, long week. Apologies to everyone who’s missed my valuable contributions/dick jokes in their logs.
- In other news, even after a week of some seriously questionable nutritional choices, weight is still slowly creeping down.
