1-test? Bill Roberts ripped off from Pat Arnold?

Thanks for the additional info Ken.

How much calcium is in that protein? Even if it is the same as the magnesium in ZMA, binding is not 1:1.

I dont quite understand what the big deal is. Why not take the ZMA 15 minutes (on an empty stomach) before you intake your bedtime protein, that should be enough time for the ZMA to get absorbed. Im not a huge fan of ZMA, but i tend to think it does give me a more sound sleep. So at 12$ a bottle its worth it to me to give it a try every so often.

To Bill Roberts: Yes I wish you the best on your doctorate thesis! You (and others) have done a fantastic job here at Biotest (and I’m sure you have everywhere you’ve been) and are always patient enough to answer all our questions. And for this we thank you  Incidently, I know what you mean regarding enjoying what you’re doing. That definetly makes all the difference on Earth. Stanley Kubrick (another brilliant man; though in filmmaking) once commented (regarding education and work) that: “Interest can produce learning on a scale compared to fear as a nuclear explosion to a firecracker.” Thus one of the reasons obviously one individual is so good at what they do and another is not. I always felt that if ones heart is into what they do their minds work infinitly better at the endeavor they are tackling. Anyhow, I wish you well on your thesis and I’m sure you’ll be glad to have it done with.

Oh, and regarding Patrick Arnold I’ll leave you guys with another little quote from Stanley Kubrick that popped in my head as I write this: “If you can talk brilliantly about a problem, it can create the consoling illusion that it has been mastered.” (Perhaps not exactly matching his claims but indirectly reveals an idea of his approach toward “invention”?)
