1 Hour Weight Lifting Workout Necessary?

Remember, this is a guy that insisted on showing peer-reviewed evidence that warming up was/is effective in decreasing risk of injury, but for his argument just posted an article with a quote from a random “trainer” saying that stretching doesn’t prevent injury as his supporting evidence.

Late to the party, but this literally made me LOL!

But I’m all for 20 minute sessions…they just don’t involve me lifting weights :slight_smile:

I might’ve shared this when this thread was new but I love it and I’m just worn out by this crap.
