Not to cause any quarrel, but why the continuous bulk/cut then bulk/cut? Just spend a good amount of time bulking then trim it down a bit and see where you stand. If your goal is to put on size, then balls to the wall go for it.

Going up, then down, then up is counter productive in my opinion. BUt to each their own. I just feel that those 4-6 weeks dropping weight are another 4-6 weeks lost in a good clean bulk.

I don’t know if it’s just me or what. I think you looked fine here. I mean seems to me like you wasted some valuable time cutting down to 175. When you probably could’ve just upped cardio and set up a carb cutoff time. Just me, none the less good work.
