i wouldn’t recommend it unless u needed to completely rince your bowels. and do not think of getting to work on time the next day. you’d be sitting in the white chair for a while.

Is that rice cooked? Rice is at MOST 200cal in one cup cooked.

About 8 bottles of beer, assuming 124.5 calories per bottle, which I got by averaging this list ( A Calorie Comparison of Your Favorite Beers | POPSUGAR Fitness ). Throw in some chips, or jerky and you are set. I guess you could be smart about it and hit the highest calorie beer on the list Sierra Nevada Bigfoot; at 330 calories a pop and 9.6% alcohol, 3 bottles will just about get you there, one way or the other :wink:

One pound of 75% grass-fed ground beef cooked in a pan. Pour the grease in the pan over your vegetables.

Better yet, into a Viking goblet from which to chug.
