Fair enough, good to know that. Well, I guess as you’ve already been told, eating greens leads to great rewards for health in general.
As for cooking, figure out what you like eating then add them in to that. If you like eating burgers then put a few leaves of lettuce in the buns. If you make your own hamburger meat then put in a handful of diced onions works. Fruit wise, maybe get a blender and add something to your shakes. All comes down to making it so it’s not a chore, if you’re forcing it down then there’s a higher chance you’ll just quit doing it.

i was thinking of broccoli, cabbage and/or spinach because of the estrogen suppressing test boosting effect people say they have. any tips on how to cook them? can you cook them and then eat hours later like at work/school?

Broccoli and Spinach I like to eat raw. The taste may be kinda rough at first. But like I said this gets easier and enjoyable with time. I love these raw now.
Convenient and easy to pack. All you have to do is wash a weeks worth at a time on your off day once a week, plus it is easy to find organic spinach and such.
The cabbage, I dunno my only cabbage is in the form of home made kimchi my mom makes.
Things you can do to make your spinach more palatable is using small amounts of feta cheese. I realized this on my salad today since I didn’t use any dressing but it came with some feta cheese and a small amount went a long way in flavor.
you said you eat bread and burger meat? which isn’t my thing but if it’s yours that is cool too. You can pile raw spinach and other greens on there to take the place of lettuce.
I hear spinach is also really easy to blend into smoothies so you can do the protein powder, banana, blueberry and spinach thang. That would be super bomb.
