Zinc Comparison

I have hard times with decision of which form of zinc is the best buy. Here is the list of forms for which I’d like to ask you to compare:

  • zinc picolinate
  • zinc gluconate
  • Zinc amino acid chelate with copper
  • L-OptiZinc Monomethionine

Knowing absorption ratios would be great. Thanks!

From what I’ve understood, go with the zinc picolinate if possible. Read this:
