I bought 2 bottles of alpha male and 1 bottle of z-12.
Use to take Z-12 few weeks ago. When i was taking it, i was sleeping like a baby. But my mood the next day omg…always mad , no patience, no feeling im like a block of ice. Someone happened to him ??
I just start Alpha male on monday. 4 days into it. My testicule are bigger. I start to wake up 3-4 times at night and i dont feel like im tire its strange. I feel like i have less libido. less happy. My mood change. its strange !
You should get tested for hypochondria.

But, in a nutshell from what I can parse out, I’m wondering if you got bloodwork before starting Alpha Male to know your starting levels. That’s a big factor in your body’s changes. But it doesn’t kick in after just 3-4 days, so the issues you’re talking about aren’t due to that.
With the Z-12, there a bunch of factors like the dose you took, your overall sleep quality and quantity, etc. But I’m not sure how you can be always mad and also have no feeling, those are almost opposite, so I’d double-check what you were actually going through at work, outside of work, all sources of stress.
