Meth is really expensive. A pound of good weed can be upwards of $5 grand. A kilo of coke [depending on a lot of things] can be upwards of $18 grand. I don’t know an awful lot about meth but I’ve heard it’s in the same ballpark as coke. People like that do not play around, which is why I said I’d mind my business.

I don’t know about now, but in the late 80’s meth was about half the cost of coke… 30 bucks a gram for meth and 60 bucks a gram for coke. That’s what I paid, anyway.
