- Did the same thing as last week, except with squats. So much more suck.
Thatās pretty disgusting man.
For real dawg. The last 4 reps I couldnāt even brace cause I was just breathing too hard. Hence they became glorified good mornings. Took about 10-15min of panting, stretching, foam rolling before I could do the actual prescribed work for the day.
Amazing set. Digging that pinky in the brace too. And nothing wrong with some collapsing on squats and turning them into good mornings; thatās how you know itās a good set, haha.

I just think about how many people would take like 6 weeks off ALL training for that, haha.
Previous best with 225lbs was 20reps so it was a good set for sure.
Itās only a hairline crack/tendon strain, only thing suffering from it is my grip a bit. But thatās what straps are for.
I did something similar before one of my last sessions of Deep Water. I was strapped for time so I did a set of 30 with 225 before my 10x10 deadlifts and I was demolished. Amazing set man, and it just goes to show how deep this program can really make people dig

Gonna cap off Deepwater here. Have a really heavy strongman comp coming up on June 8th, so gonna spend the rest of this week resting and the next 5 weeks prepping for the comp, getting back into heavy weights.

Despite finishing early I believe I broke threw all my portals, exceeding all expectations I had in myself. Probably gonna be running a strength block from now till the end of June and then one of alsruhes programs to finish off the summer. Afterwords I may jump into deepwater again and run it through completion barring there are no competitions looming
