Are you guys still living with your parents? When do you do laundry, dishes, food shopping, cooking, toilet cleaning, vacuuming, etc?

this stuff probably isn’t considered part of a daily schedule for most. just part of what you do. It can be assumed people do this much as it is assumed that people bend their knees to sit down, even if they don’t explain the sitting process.

any ways, i use paper plates and plastic utensils so i don’t have to watch dishes. i haven’t used the plates in my cabinet in months.

i take my laundry to a laundromat and pay them to wash it, then pick it up when i’m ready.

once every two weeks i have a maid come and vacuum, dust, clean the bathroom etc.

you can find illegals who will clean a one bedroom apt for like $30 bucks. so worth it.

7.00 Get up. Breakfast is in the slowcooker. Beefstew, yummy. Get online and will stay online most of my waking hours.

8.00 Cycle to work, often along the Thames.

8.40 Arrive at office. Chug down protein shake. It sucks to be the world’s only hardgainer.

9.00 Start working. Snack on nuts & dried fruit. I try to make sure my work schedule allows eating breaks. It’s nice to be the boss.

11.00 Sandwich & boiled egg.

13.00 Lunch (always homecooked).

16.00 Sandwich & boiled egg.

17.30-45: Leave work. Cycle back, often along Thames. Tourists are nothing but mobile soft targets.

18.30 Chug down protein shake, and start training. Thank you TC for the Push-Pull article. Haven’t had that much fun for some time.

20.00 Dinner. This may be some ready meal. Sometimes have dinner with girlfriend.

21.00 Housework: Cleanup, bake bread, make sandwiches and pack bag for next day.

22.00 Wind down, play with cats, do online stuff.

23.00 Eat oat cakes and cottage cheese.

23.30 Go to bed. My only new years resolution was ‘eat more and sleep more’. The latter is harder to keep.

23.31 Fall asleep - that’s my special power.

Your house is probably a lot cleaner than mine.
