I was like this until I joined a commercial gym where every lite rock song they played was crybaby love songs and weak weak stuff in general. Seriously who wants songs that bring to mind puppy love and the ensuing failed relationship playing while they work out? Every time I notice the music between sets brings my test down at least 30%.
Pantera- Walk
Pantera- This Love
Metallica- Blackened
Metallica- Don’t Tread on Me
Element Eighty- Pancake Land or Unearth- Grave of Opportunity (it’s a tie)

Slayer- Rain blood
S.O.A.D.- War
those devildriver songs are good shit!

the berzerker - eye for an eye
the berzerker - false hope
the berzerker - spare parts (frazzbass mix)
anaal nathrakh - screaming of the unborn
kataklysm - blood on the swans
anyone have any ones that’ll get you pumped?
For me, I’m a fan of Lee Priest and followed his career for over a decade. As such, when I hear:
My Hero - Foo Fighters
Pieces - Sum 41
they’re in the many youtube Lee Priest videos, so it helps me focus and push through.
Otherwise, I like:
Kickstart My Heart - Motley Crue
Too Young To Fall in Love - Motley Crue
Self Esteem - Offspring
No Sleep Till Brooklyn - Beastie Boys
Indestructible - Disturbed
Know Your Enemy - Green Day
Numb - Jay-Z,Linkin Park
Bawitdabe - Kid Rock
Break Stuff - Limp Bizkit
Last Resort - Pappa Roach
I’m going to have to check out some of the tunes mentioned above in this thread…
