I was like this until I joined a commercial gym where every lite rock song they played was crybaby love songs and weak weak stuff in general. Seriously who wants songs that bring to mind puppy love and the ensuing failed relationship playing while they work out? Every time I notice the music between sets brings my test down at least 30%.

Pantera- Walk
Pantera- This Love
Metallica- Blackened
Metallica- Don’t Tread on Me
Element Eighty- Pancake Land or Unearth- Grave of Opportunity (it’s a tie)

Rob Zombie- Super beast

Devildriver- End of the line
Slayer- Rain blood
S.O.A.D.- War
