I personally don’t see a problem with adding those. I take Ubiquinol CoQ10 and BioPQQ myslef. I have never used Cognitex with Pregnenolone & Brain Shield though. I say add them and see how you feel if you like. That’s my 2 cents.

jb13, Did you notice any benefit when you started the CoQ10?

I need the Brain Shield sooner than later. First I posted this in the wrong section, then forgot to title it. Thanks for the title Mod!

I’ts been so long since i started taking it I don’t really remember to tell you the truth. It’s one of the recommended Foundation Level supplements.

From LEF:
No matter who you are or what youâ??re going through, these are the foundational supplements you should consider starting with:

A Daily Multivitamin â?? One that provides the key vitamins and minerals you need as well as fruit and vegetable extracts for an extra â??antioxidant punchâ?? is ideal.

Ubiquinol CoQ10 â?? CoQ10 is an essential nutrient for cell energy production. Without it, cells cannot produce the energy they need to perform basic functions.

Essential Fats â?? An abundance of scientific research substantiates the wide-ranging health benefits of the omega-3 fatty acids found in fish and fish oil supplements.

Probiotics â?? Replenishing healthy gut bacteria as we age is critical for digestion and a strong immune system.
