Your Go-To Metcon

My go-to metcon workout is to alternate KB swings and an ab movement–10 sets of each, with little more than a gulp or two of water as a break between sets. Very simple, very effective, doesn’t duplicate a movement I do on lifting days (a downside to some of the metcons mentioned above IMO), and it obviates the need to do abs on lifting days.

Cycling is something I have done. But now it’s bad weather I loath it.
Im a dedicated fairweather cyclist.

How about going on a brisk walk every morning for 3 miles? Look at the world.

I do that basically every day while still dark.

Pray, Drink a bottle of water, a cup of coffee, rush to the toilet, then a walk.
