Probably Pizza with roasted red peppers, grilled chicken, and plenty of onions and sauce on a thin crust.
If we are talking about homemade, probably ground turkey sauted with onions and garlic, added to stewed tomatoes. Let it simmer, add pesto, tomato paste, veggies and spices, then serve over whole wheat pasta. Delicious.
In terms of a healthy food, a recent addition to my diet has been baked chicken covered in organic wheat germ. You don’t even need to coat the chicken in egg or anything I just roll it in the wheat germ and pop it in the oven.
In terms of other food, Kobe beef filet mignon. If you’re going to cheat, cheat with the best thats out there.
(1) Rudy’s Original BBQ outside of San Antonio (San Telmo I think), across from the horse track, in the gas station, just in case anyone wants to go there. Ho-ly fuck.

Oh God Kobe beef is the shit! It’s one of the things I miss the most from living in Japan. Also wish I could easily find the super thin sliced meats they always had at the supermarkets over there for stuff like yaki soba. Most places in the US wont cut stuff that thin.
Peter…go find a korean or any asian market. You will find very thinly sliced meat…trust me.
And yes, Kobe beef is the best meat out there…but thats why its so dam expensive!
p.s. Good recipes out there.
I could live off of (and get strong on) nothing but PB&honey sammichs and whole raw milk. Some Superfood and a fiber supplement would be a good idea though.
