Your Election Prediction

Forget any juries. Even a Judge alone. Trump must obviously support this idea.

There’s no “if” about it. It’s already happening and it’s only going to get far worse. The general dynamics of this election cycle may favor Trump (sui generis) and allow him to play a subpar game and still come out on top, but he is not better built for this type of attack game IMO. Hillary and the Dems have been doing it better and for longer. Trump has natural talent–if one can call this kind of thing talent–for this sort of game but he is less experienced (see his comments about the judge’s nationality) and it hurts him against an opponent who has nothing to lose and doesn’t have to try to appeal to the same party base. It hurts him more when the opponent is well schooled in corruption and attacks.

Not clear on what you’re trying to say

How would you compare the ammunition available for Trump vs Hillary when it comes to attacks?

Didn’t being the leading vote getter in Republican history quell this inexperience argument?

So I guess Trump agrees…

Are you saying that Trump must believe black men cannot get a fair trial when a white judge or a 100% white jury is presiding over their case evidenced by his stance on the judge in his trial?

Well, since Muslim/Mexican ethnicity/religious identity of a judge doesn’t afford him a fair trial, how could he possibly argue that blacks can get fair trials from white juries/judges. Whatever nuance you want to try to squeeze in to defend his statement he comes off as a race-baiting hypocrite if he turns around and criticizes/shrugs away the fear of white judges/juries by minorities.

I’m not sure what Trump believes just that his comments aren’t unreasonable.

If you believe that in certain junctures of history, black men could not get a fair trial in an all white court, why is Trump’s assertion that a liberal judge of Mexican heritage appointed by Obama would give him a fair trial while he’s trying to wall off illegal Mexicans and deport millions more?

As for a strategist point of view: His comments are in line with his previous verbiage. Incongruence of message is extremely bad IMO

You are debating opinions, yes. However the facts have long sense disproven your leftist bumper sticker talking points, over and over again.

Therefore you are feeling your way through this whole thing, not thinking.

This was 10 days ago, and I’ve been out, so I don’t expect a reply, and I didn’t read anymore of your back and forth with usmc because I’ve debunked your talking points too many times on this site to get into again.

You want to believe in your fixed pie fallacy and continue to have an essentially zero level understanding of both taxation and who is actually paying taxes, fine, but don’t expect those of us who do to not point out you’re out in left field wrong.

Dude is both trolling and oblivious to hyperbole…

Im pretty sure the cost of healthcare, student loans, the rising cost of living, the shrinking of the middle class, stagnant wages, are not “bumper sticker talking points”. In fact, youd have to be pretty stupid to think they are “non issues”. Not a single candidate but Bernie Sanders has proposed any solution to these problems. In fact, Hillary and trump avoid them altogether. Yet because most people in this country aren’t that smart, they would rather cling to their ideology than look at the basic facts and numbers. I put forth a long paper going over all of these issues earlier. Within that paper there are about 40 references. Somehow that is not considered a valid talking point or argument.

And we have an upcoming issues: the Panama papers, which is mostly about people creating offshore accounts to avoid paying taxes. How can you not say tax avoidance is an issue? Only in America can we have citizens so ignorant that they would vote and have views against their self interest (eg, corporate tax, lowering wages, etc). Further, motherjones published another short article summarizing how disgustingly low these corporations have paid in taxes:

And I am not a tax expert, but quite frankly one shouldn’t need to be to understand the middle class is getting screwed.
The Washington post also links to a similar report:

And further, as I said earlier Warren Buffet and Bill Gates themselves have admitted they pay too little taxes. They are some of the richest people in the US and the world.

If you don’t think tax in America, but more importantly wealth inequality, is an issue, they I believe you should not have the right to vote because you are probably someone that isn’t smart enough to make an informed decision. Being ignorant is not something to be proud of just because it reassures your ideology.

At the very least: wake up. Unless you are a multi millionaire you are getting screwed.

This much is very obvious.

Typical leftist. “If you don’t agree with me, you shouldn’t have a say, because obviously I’m the only one smart enough to know da truffs”

No, I’m not, not even close. And it’s very unlikely you are either, but don’t let me get in the way of your victim complex.

You’re entire argument summed up in one sentence:

“You are stupid if you don’t agree with me, here I’ll post a bunch of confirmation bias to prove it.”

Jesus.

It isn’t about right or left. It is about the facts and the numbers. I don’t understand what is so hard to get. The figures are there. The studies are there, what more do you want? It also isn’t about “being the victim” it is about getting screwed. Personally, Id rather do the screwing, maybe that is not your case though.

Edit:
And I probably wouldn’t care about taxes if they were used to actually fix shit. Id like it if my taxes went to healthcare, or our infrastructure, or even student loans via the “pay it forward” program. But, somehow nobody can account for the money. Im not sure how you can be OK with a system that takes your money, has no results to show for it, but somehow cant account for it.

You’re making a whole lot of assumptions about what I’m “okay” with.

Just because I don’t believe your driveby lefty bumper sticker talking points and don’t have the same confirmation bias (mother jones as a source, lmao) doesn’t mean I agree with anything the government does.

And “no results to show for it” is ridiculous hyperbole.

We live in a fractional banking society with fiat money. It is literally impossible for you to be systematically screwed by “big evil rich people”.

Are there individual victims of fraud out there? Yup. Are they getting screwed? Yup. Are there groups of people getting boned directly by government? Yup. (Flint for example.)

Is your average American “getting screwed” in a way that higher taxation on anyone is going to actually do more good than harm? Nope, not even close.

You don’t even know what my position actually is re: half the “issues” you’ve brought up, but you’ve made a whole lot of assumptions about what it is.

We’re not ok with that at all. We all hate that. The only problem is we are coming at it from a different–and in the case of USMC and Beans, who are actual accountants for corporate tax and investment instruments, more knowledgeable position than you.

The argument you make here can absolutely be used to support the “rich” position: you can’t account for the taxes you’re taking from me why the hell should I give you more of my money? In fact this argument can be used to support EVERYBODY rich or poor not wanting to pay more taxes. It doesn’t help your position.

I’m also a huge fan of the whole “stagnate wages” whining following “increase taxes on the evil corporations and rich” calls.

As if, you know, one has no effect on the other.

I feel bad for you because you are brain washed. You don’t have to believe me. Look at historic data and see for yourself. I don’t think youre going to take anything I say into consideration to begin with, so Im not going waste my time arguing with you.

And really? You actually think some of these people deserve $200,000 A DAY. Wake up man, youre going to be making mediocre wages and kissing corporate ass until you realize they are playing you for a fool.
