Your Dream, Fictional (Unfeasible) Profession

God. I would be God.

It didn’t look very fun when Morgan Freeman let Jim Carrey be it for awhile.

I wouldn’t be the kind of God that cares. I would be like Jim Carrey’s character except I would block out the prayers.

I’d love to be in a rock band that played relevant music.

You could be like Zeus or something. The kind of God that uses his power for self serving reasons like finding girls to fuck.

I like that idea. I change mine to aerialist/Goddess.

This may sound anti-climactic, but I’d be a firefighter.

I see these guys walking around downtown and they have their last names on the backs of their gear, like a hockey jersey…I just think firefighters are pretty fuckin’ cool I guess haha.[/quote]

I’m working on getting that job right now. Why would anyone want to do anything else? It makes no sense.

Zeus = Pussy.

Odin brings all the shit-ruination this world needs, or could handle.

In a repeat dream I have. I am a super hero able to fly and I am super strong(although I don’t look any different). The sensation of flying by just jumping off the ground is like nothing else. Feeling escape of gravity and the sheer power of going up and up.

But then I look down and see its high up and feel like oh shit I am going to die. Or sometimes I just fly around and can control the flight and landings are not a problem. Kinda weird but been having this dream since I was very little like around 5 or so.

A viking. What better job than dominating entire countries just for fun?

Beat me to it… I’d be some Viking leader though. The follower-vikings never get any glory (or hot scandinavian chicks).

I still have those kind of dreams. I’m either flying or able to jump thousands of miles and running faster than sound. I remember back when I was little, when I woke up after such a dream, I’d immediately jump out of bed and jump up, just to see how high I’d go. Never got very high…

Another dream of mine is being someone on like Star Trek. How awesome would it be to travel through space, meeting new species and battling with unknown enemies?

I would want to be a secret agent man, James Bondish perhaps, but with more muscle. I totally dig all those cool gagdets he gets to use.

Maybe I’m missing something, but what’s stopping you?

That’s so awesome man. I am waiting in line to get into a volunteer position with our local department.

Complacence, mostly. Convenience. 110 thousand dollars a year in my current position ranks up there too.

Sad, almost dispicable realities, I know.

Master theif like the Italian Job but built like Matt Kroc.

A viking sounds cool too.

I’d be a Jedi.

major league baseball player.

DB

Sith Lord or Professional Movie Watcher. I do both of those for free currently.

I would like to be the sole tester in a study for determining just which beer tastes best when licked off various super models and actresses.

Purely scientific curiosity you understand.

Vader … I for see a problem.

a fantastical dream is a bit tree hugger, but to have a crew that goes around cleaning up parks, rivers, vacant lots, planting trees, putting down charcoal, just making things better. A little bit of the way towards saving my part of the world.

I’ve also wondered why we don’t build more water reservoirs here in Calif, or put up more wind energy catchers in the desert.

okay… I went a little off topic!

Do you really need a crew to do that? Whenever I go hiking I always carry a plastic grocery bag and fill it up with other people’s trash on the way out. It doesn’t take much to keep the place decent.

If she can be turned, she would be a powerful ally.

uh… thanks Uncle Gabby

yeah… I already volunteer with trail maintenance at Torrey Pines State Reserve, I’ve planted trees and I clean up trash. I’m not an idiot.

I meant on a huge scale.

Homeless people. Start a charity that collects money to pay homeless guys and anyone else like $10 an hour to go out into the woods and clean shit up. If you gave me a ride, I’d go out for free.
