I dropped the bar at the end of my second set, and then didn’t want to set back up for the third. I can’t keep my grip high when doing reps on these. I should have just done the wrist strap method. I don’t really care about my mobility here, and I’d rather just keep doing 1000 biceps curls, so I’ll use the straps next time.
