HOLY FUCK DID YOU REALLY JUST SAY THAT!!?!?!?!?!??!!?!

Or maybe you were being reasonable and stating that this pose which you were showing is one that real bodybuilders can execute, though you yourself did not execute it with muscularity, but with an attempt to educate.[/quote]

Haters gonna hate

More accurate would be “Pitiers gotta pity”

Celts def skipped over my post about needing some bicep peaks to perform a pose that flexes the biceps.

I havent trained biceps directly since early december. To me, they still look big.

WTF?

Why would someone avoid training biceps for half a year if the goal is bodybuilding?

Damn it, I got sucked in, didn’t I?

I’m no posing expert, but you seem to consistently rotate your fist forward when flexing your biceps. You should get a more noticeable peak keeping your fist pointing back towards you. you get more contraction in the muscle without changing the arm angle making the joint look smaller.

He felt his forearms were out of proportion…

LOL!!

So his forearms were so freaking GIGANTIC that he quit training arms yet constantly takes pics of those arms to show off?

Got it.

I got hit with something stupid and was dazed for a second. I’m ok now though.

…oh, and having your own crib fucking rocks.

Because my biceps were too big for my shoulders, which I had never directly trained except for a brief period of time doing OHP.

If you look at my delt in this progression, note how my bicep starts out being smaller than it. Now, it is the opposite - the delt is starting to become bigger than the bicep. As it should be!

Yeah it is…

He wanted to bring his forearms up to match his Bi’s

No, my forearms were not gigantic. They started off at around 13.25"

After directly working them for a few months they are now 14".

I’m trying to get 15" so I can match Akuma.

…and puppies. Puppies fucking rock!

My forearms always grew WITH my biceps. There is no way in hell someone at that stage of development should be completely avoiding work on a muscle group like that when their whole body need to improve more.

None yet. I was just being an ass.

I am waiting on grass in my backyard. After I get that done, I will probably look into a German Shep again.

Someone mentioned Cane Corsos and those do look bad ass.

I may just hit up a rescue shelter. I’m not sure.

Def go with rescue or breeder. Don’t go to a pet store, you know the whole puppy mill thing.

Rescue’s might have problems, in which case you will have a total jackass as a best friend, just like me.

If you get strays/shelter dogs that are pups, they shouldn’t inherently have problems.

I picked up my dog in a parking lot when he was 10 weeks old and he’s been a wonderful dog.

The same pose doesn’t work the same for everyone. Knowing how to pose for your strengths is a big part of the battle. But I admit I was just guessing. Stu or one of the other knowlegable guys might be able to shed some light and tell me I’m full of shit or not.

They told us Ross was a year and a half, if he was more than 10 months old I will eat a shoe.

But you’re right, a pup should be fine. Mine had a while to build up retardation. Well, he isn’t stupid by any stretch, just super fucking stubborn and a total pain in the ass.

Match me? Lol

but seriously, i tell you that you need to stop posting pictures of yourself, and you basically go on a picture spree, including my thread? You need to stop it man.
