Well funny story is I don’t skate. But for the past few months I have been flirting with the idea of buying a longboard and learning how to do some mild downhill bombing and some casula cruising on the weekends.
Im also in the process of researching in buying one of those new electric skateboards. Have you seen how cool they are?

back’s been pretty achey these last few days. Not sure what to make of it.
Could it be jumping from doing zero core work to doing it every day is bothering it somehow? Maybe the hanging leg raises are doing something.
I suppose maybe I could be hyperextending in the bottom position of the HLR. If my back hurts after doing them tomorrow then I’ll start doing them standing on an aerobics step. See if that helps.
so standing with my feet on a platform so there’s a slight bend in my legs at the starting position of the HLR seems to have solved the hyperextension issue. I think. We’ll see if my back hurts tomorrow.

I just got thinking about it today when watching some kid benching. He’d lie on the bench, slap himself twice on the right pec, then twice on the left pec, then twice with both hands on the face, then some hyperventilating. He was benching 45k.
