Known by whom? Can you link to evidence of this please?
The “great white town?” In your link it says the guy had her DNA on his dick and he’d previously been charged for violently sexually assaulting another student. What’s all this about “shaky evidence” and “great white town” and “partying drunk ass white girl?”

Yes. The Story of Prisoner F95488 - ESPN The Magazine's feature on Eric Frimpong, former UCSB soccer star - ESPN

Have you ever heard of the term, “Drunk like a white girl?” It’s basically used to describe most college women in my town.

That’s a very racially charged and outré “perspective”.

That’s um…kind of creepy.
It’s not easy to understand the context of local Government and school politics. The school itself is pretty irresponsible, it’s a town of around 100k people and we had actual riots not too long ago on campus because so many come from out of town to party at our campus, which is known to be one of the biggest party campuses in the state, probably country.
This is the definitive article if you really want to read it.

I started but it looks like a racially charged sob story.
Heart warming.
Yep.
Ahh, alcohol: Drink too much and you lose your ability to consent to sex but retain the ability to have the intent to drive drunk(and even the intent to kill someone, if you crash and kill someone in your drunken state). Funny.

Those are the things you choose to quote. Of all the information in those 9 articles.

Check your privilege man, check it.
That case should have never gotten a guilty verdict. If your victim is readily admitting to losing large blocks of time, the only DNA evidence presented was a slight amount of hers found on him, not in quantities that would suggest intercourse, but couldn’t ultimately rule it out, total lack of physical injury on the supposed assailant, a juror that was allowed to continue after being arrested for a DUI and awaiting charges from the prosecutor she was sitting in front of, the presence of DNA from another male on the victim, that’s a lot of holes to convict a guy on.

Lol, I’m just saying. Maybe a better way to bring this issue up was to simply ask ourselves honestly the sort of justice we can expect a black man to get when he’s accused of anything by a white woman.
We already have a problem with justice, I’m just bringing up this case because it highlights how difficult it is to get justice with the law as it is.

I wonder how feminists would react if men’s rights groups reversed the argument and said that “women need to feel a cold spike of fear when they begin a sexual encounter” - they’d be screaming blue murder about promoting rape and so on.
