Maybe we should look into causing a massive nationwide blackout.
But in truth, isn’t the US celebrating black history kind of bad to begin with. I mean a lot of it is really celebrating white people taking credit and reaping benefits from blacks. Black inventors and pioneers and song writers and such (or who would have done great things but for lack of education or opportunity) get a “month” as a substitute for the success they should have had in the past.
Black history month is kind of a white celebration of black exploitation if you ask me.

According to wiki the city in MT with the largest black population is Great Falls - with .95% of their population being african american.
