I am also jumping on 5mg of Cialis daily for the BP and to help with the ladys
So the Cialis has given me some pretty bad back and leg pains just in the 3 days I have taken it. I have went from 5mg down to 2.5mg today and may discontinue use. Anyone else have any experience with this?
I am going to drop HCG in hopes of lowering my estrogen, My sensitivity is way down and sometimes cannot finish which causes trouble for me and the girlfriend.
I had gone to pinning 4 days a week while keeping the HCG at my prescribed amount hoping it would go back to normal but it did not. Has anyone experienced anything similar with loss of sensitivity?

Also I am still on Cialis and the back pain went away after about 4 days
Also I do have Anastrozole on hand in the 0.125 size not sure if its worth trying 1 or 2 a week to see if sensitivity and libido come back?

I wouldn’t fuck with the ratio. Drop your dose to drop you E2 if its causing an issue.

Well yes since that will drop your TT and FT so that is synonymous with dropping your dose.

Understood, If I can tolerate not having it I think it will help me dial in much better. As I have been told before but early on it really seemed to help me in feeling good as well.
I’ll try this for 4-6 weeks and see how I feel. I feel good otherwise and the gym my lifts are increasing and I am slowly getting leaner
It would probably make more sense to drop the hcg first, give it enough time and then if needed drop the dose.

Thats what I will do, In essence dropping HCG will also lower my total testosterone
Correcto-mondo. And changing both at once may make it harder to tell what change is doing what.

I am at 6 weeks of no HCG and have been pinning everyday. I havent had any noticeable change yet. Libido is still down and sensitivity not good. Not good for extra curricular’s. I’ll wait the full 8 weeks and then reintroduce HCG as it did work well for me the first 8 months or so on TRT Possibly I had a weak bottle that caused my issues? Not quite sure ut maybe the next 2 weeks will be a positive
