Okay so the bench didn’t go as planned… But had a pretty good workout anyways :slight_smile:
This is it:

Squat: 120x5, 145x5, 175x5, 245x6 (PR!!!)

Bench: 75x5, 95x5, 115x5, 170x3)

Weighted Pullups: 35x5, 35x5, 35x5 (PR!!!)

2 PR’s in one workout, awesome!

Had a pretty satisfying workout today :slight_smile: Didn’t have a mass gainer today though, instead I had 4 pepperoni sticks and 500ml of skimmed milk, which is about 600cals and 42g of protein, as my post workout shit
Anyways, here’s what I did:

Clean and Jerk: 45x1, 65x1, 85x1, 105x1, 120x1, 120x1 (PR)

Squat: 95x5, 135x5, 185x5, 185x5

Pullups: 37.5x5, 37.5x5, 37.5x5 (PR)

2 PRs today :slight_smile: pretty awesome, hopefully on Thursday (Medium Day) I can squat 250x3, then 250x5 on sunday, that’’ be awesome! :slight_smile: time to go do homework!!!

So I take a break from my chem lab report and come on here and I see this: “500 ML of milk.” Haha! :slight_smile:

Had a great workout today! :slight_smile: so good i actually decided to add in arm work for once, here it is:

Squat: 125x5, 145x5, 175x5, 205x3, 250x3, 175x8 (shouldbe gone an inch lower)

Bench: 95x5, 115x5, 170x3 ( forgot to do a warmup set)

Weighted pullups: 40x5, 40x5, 40x5

Barbell curls: 60x8, 60x8, 70,2

Lying Tri Ext: 55x8, 65x8

Pretty good workout iguess :slight_smile:

had a shit workout today… my squats were brutal i tried 250x5… i did it… kind of… my hips were not below my knees, they were parallel with them, which really pissed me off…
here we go… :

Squat: 95x5, 135x4, 170x3, 205x2, 250x5, 240x3(idk why i did 240 for 3, it was out of anger)

Bench: 75x5, 95x4, 115x3, 135x2, 170x3 (can’t pass 170x3…)

Weighted Pullups: 42.5x5, 42.5x5, 42.5x5 (these are getting pretty difficult, but PR)

I’VE DECIDED, FUCK WEEKLY PROGRESSION. TIME TO EAT MORE PEANUT BUTTER, DRINK MORE MILK, GOING TO RESET, GO BACK TO STARTING STRENGTH FOR A WEEK TILL BACK AT MY WEIGHTS NOW BUT GOING BELOW PARALLEL ON SQUAT, THEN RAPE SMOLOV JR. FOR BENCH AND SQUAT AT THE SAME TIME. LETS. FUCKING. GO.

I was being an idiot and did some stuff @ my schools gym yesterday (225x3 squat and some pullups and tons of calf work) but still did my workout today… thank god I set myself back a little, hopefully i can recover for next workout
here’s what I did today after school:

Squat: 95x5, 135x5, 185x5, 230x5, 230x5, 230x5 ( had quite a hard time with these… and I couldn’t even hit depth I don’t know why… )

Military Press: 45x5, 65x5, 85x5, 85x5, 85x5

Pullups: 45x5, 45x5, 45x5 (PR!)

Did the 45 plates for the first time today on pullups… felt pretty good, but it felt so so heavy… hopefully i can keep progressing in pullups…

This man is squatting deep enough. He’s just insecure bout his legs. He basically wants to squat hip to hill.

Forgot to mention, ive been working my calves everyday this week in fitness because theyre puny, then ill give em a week of rest and see if they grow :slight_smile:

Okay so ever since i freaked last sunday because of my shit workout, ive been eating more and drinking more milk then i ever have in my life, i went from about 152 (sunday) to 154 (today) and from what i can tell in the mirror, i look like i have LESS body fat, and it looks as if my thighs have gotten bigger, which im happy about :slight_smile: i also freaked about the depth of my squat… So i did ATG squats today… Here it is:

Squats: 45x5, 45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2, 225x5, 225x5, 225x5 (all ATG)

Bench: 45x5, 45x5, 65x5, 105x3, 135x2, 155x5, 155x5, 155x5

PowerClean: 45x3, 135x3, 135x3, 135x3

The 225x5 for 3 sets is a huge PR… In july, i could only ATG squat 185x5 for 1 set, pretty happy with today!!

Had a pretty good workout today, even though my dumbass gym partner didn’t show up :slight_smile:
here’s what I did:

Squat: 45x5, 45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2, 235x5, 235x5, 235x5 (kinda hard)

Military Press: 45x5, 45x5, 65x3, 90x5, 90x5, 90x5 (getting a little hard)

Weighted Pullups: 47.5x5, 47.5x5, 47.5x4 (maybe next time…)

Kay so I raised the squat 10lbs instead of 5… It was hard… and the Military press is getting kinda hard, hopefully I can somehow get to 115lbs without stalling… and pullups finally stalled… after going from 3x5 with 25lbs to 3x5 with 45lbs

Kay so I logged this yesterday but it seems to have dissappeared… it was kinda a shit workout in a sense… but here it is:

Squat: 45x5, 45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2, 240x0(hit the rack on the way up), 240x4, 240x3, 240x2

Bench: 45x5, 45x5, 75x5, 105x3, 135x2, 160x5, 160x5, 160x4 (got distracted and lost tension…)

Powercleans: 140x3 (ran out of time, only did one set)

Okay so on my first real set of squat, I didn’t take enough steps back and hit the rack, took 1 minute rest and tried again, I def could’ve gotten 5 reps on the first set and maybe the second if I didn’t hit the rack… but repeating the weight. For bench I’m increasing the weight because I could have made that last rep, I just got distracted, lost tension and stuff… so yeah, going to 165x3x5 next workout. I’m also moving on with the power cleans, but I’m putting deadlifts in on the day I bench, and doing rep pullups this day, and I will move powercleans to the day I military press and continue weighted pullups on that day.

Had an okay workout today… I felt I didn’t get to depth during squat, going to stick with this weight again…

Squat: 45x5, 95x5, 185x3, 240x5, 240x5, 240x5 (the first set was to depth, not the rest…)

OH press: 45x5, 45x5, 65x3, 95x5, 95x5, 95x5

Powerclean: 45x3, 45x3, 85x3, 115x2, 145x3

Weighted Pullups: 47.5x5 (didn’t have enough time to do more…)

it was an okay workout, happy with the oh press and pc…

Had an amazing workout today! :slight_smile: the only reason it’s amazing is because I hit depth and my squat went up!!! here it is:

Squat: 45x5, 45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2, 240x5, 240x5, 240x5 (SUCCESSSSSSS)

Bench: 45x5, 45x5, 75x5, 105x3, 135x2, 165x4, 165x1 (stopped after the 1 rep… )

Deadlift: 45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2, 225x5

Pullups: 16

Okay so I did 240x3x5 on squat below parallel!!! :slight_smile: but my bench sucked… not sure why… but who cares, it’s just bench :slight_smile: first time deadlifting in 2-3 months, form was shakey, but it’s fine, it’ll get better and I can’t wait to see it surpass my squat, but going to repeat 225x5 next time because i wanna get my deadlift form tight. Finished off the workout with a set of pullups, didn’t go to failure because I just felt so tired I kinda quit… In all honesty, I’m just happy with my squat! :slight_smile:
