Wrist / Ankle Size as Predictors of Size

Must be! @BlueCollarTr8n posted a list that’s seems in line with realism of natural peak shapes. Lots of known names and I’ll assume it’s accurate.

Is this accurate ? I inputted my values and apparently my max upper arm potential is 14", that seems rather low

Only one way to find out

Not likely.

Spend less time thinking and more time picking stuff up.

What are your current stats. How long have you been training?

I highly doubt this.

I have had 23 inch arms and I am sure if I input my values the calculator would make my upper limit fall way short of that.

I have me measuring them somewhere.

I was 330+ lbs and not lean or anything lol.

But I was the biggest and at my strongest at the time with the most food and gear ever.

Okay, so I lied.

My right arm was 22.5 and my left was 22.75. Went back to my logs where I actually kept measurements. These were pumped numbers after a workout.

Mind you I am also a little over 6 foot and 330ish lbs at the time.

You were quite lean for 6’ and 330 lbs though.

I carried quite a bit of muscle for sure. A lot of people didn’t believe (even here) I weighed that much, but I was never shy of stepping on a scale in front of them =D.

Now, all my joints are paying for it lol.
