Hi been on Trt at 100mg per week with EOD injections in delts for 4 months now.
Was feeling really good but recently been feeling very lethargic and fatigued.
Also my levels went up on same dose and protocol after 3 months bloods ?
Thinking possibly I might need an Ai ?

TRT can suppress ferritin in some individuals making iron supplementation a must. Also, TRT cause cause you to burn through other vitamins and minerals, especially if your diet is lacking nutrients.
The estrogen can cause fatigue, low libido and erectile problems is some men. Arimidex, anastrozole at micro doses of 0.050-.125 is recommended if reducing the dosage and or injection frequency fails to resolves symptoms.
I don’t know much about iron deficiency and would defer to @systemlord for experience. If that doesn’t help you I don’t feel you would be wrong to try microdosing an AI.
No, a lot of men eventually come off AI’s and lower their TRT dosing. Some guys on AI’s long term find undetectable estrogen values due to long term suppression, which can demineralize your bones.
AI’s can mess with your lipids, and decreases those fatty free esters needed for maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system.
That’s why I recommended the micro dosing AI’s, to minimize the side effects.
Whether you’re blocking aromatase or 5-alpha reductase, there are risks of affecting multiple hormonal pathways.
I would, a very small dose after each injection. Then I’d try and assess why my e2 ratio was higher than normal. If it’s something I could fix, I would try. Would also consider adding CDG in.
Compounding pharmacies offer micro doses for anastrozole. A better route would be daily Cialis, which changes T:E2 ratios over several months. Cialis, ED drugs, is shown to decrease risk of heart attacks, even increase blood flow to the brain and also may decrease your risk of developing dementia.
So there’s more reason to take ED drugs than solely for erectile function.
