Sorry for being a dick but I’m just picturing a fat woman taking an ECA stack to help lose weight and then sitting on the couch, watching tv and eating cheetos
Thankyou very much for all the sensible replies. Regarding this comment she actually weighs 115lbs and has lost about 30lbs through gym work etc. She was never fat, just depressed that she wasnt happy with the way she looked. Personally im really upset i never saw the signs or had a clue what was going on.

You make it sound like she was addicted to crack for years without you knowing.
Its an ECA stack. She’ll be alright. You didnt do anything wrong, she wasnt getting high on drugs, there’s no way to know someone is using moderately strong stimulants.
Being concerned is fine and looking to educate yourself is good. But just because you havent heard of something doesnt make it the devil.
Id be more concerned if she was using it while breastfeeding. I have no idea if ECA would be a concern though, Im not a doctor.
What type of ephedrine was it? Ephedrine HCL or something else? 30g is a little high for one dose, you more commonly see 20g. also, how many times a day was she taking it.
Regardless, she is complaining of a racing heart. She should dial back or eliminate the ephedrine/caffeine combo. duh.
taking lots of aspirin may be bad, but 25mg is a really small amount.
is she taking a “fat burner” with lots of other random ingredients?
I have recently discovered that my wife has been taking this supplement for approximately the last 18 months pretty much on a daily basis. I have been completely unaware of this and am very concerned for the potential longterm effects. EPH 30mg, Caffeine 210mg, Asprin 25mg.
She started taking this to aid weight loss after the birth of our son. I am extremely worried and would appreciate some feedback. Thanks.
